How to start a return
1. Contact us with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
2. We'll email you a prepaid return label within one business day.
3. Pack the item and drop it off at any carrier location.
4. Your refund is issued within 5–7 business days of the return reaching us.
What can be returned
Full-size products, opened or unopened, within 30 days of delivery. Each product can be returned once per customer. Gift cards and items marked final sale can't be returned.
Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Original shipping costs aren't refundable unless your order arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or wrong item?
Let us know within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement at no cost — no need to send anything back.
